In which places can a tram driver let passengers in or out of the tram?

In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, the boarding and alighting of passengers in public transport vehicles, which includes trams, may only take place at designated locations. Such locations are appropriately marked stops, whose location and design ensure the safety of both passengers and other road users. Stopping for this purpose in any undesignated place is prohibited and would create a serious hazard.
