Are you allowed to move away from the parked tractor, if the engine is running?

In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, the driver is prohibited from moving away from the vehicle while its engine is running. Leaving a vehicle unattended with its engine running poses a risk of it being used by an unauthorised person, which could lead to dangerous situations on the road.
