When riding a moped vehicle, can you turn right once you go past this sign?

The road sign F-5 ‘Advance notice of a prohibition’ indicates the traffic organisation at the junction. The prohibition sign B-5 ‘No entry for goods vehicles’ shown on it, with a specified weight of 2.5 tonnes, applies exclusively to driving straight ahead. Therefore, this restriction does not apply when turning right, and additionally, a moped is not a vehicle subject to this prohibition.
