Are you allowed to drive onto the lane designated to vehicles driving in the opposite direction?

The double solid line (P-4 sign) visible on the roadway separates lanes with opposite directions of travel. According to § 86 para. 4 of the Regulation on road signs and signals, this line prohibits crossing or driving on it. Consequently, entering the lane intended for vehicles traveling in the opposite direction is prohibited at this location.
