What's the maximum speed at which you can drive a tractor without a trailer once you go past this sign?

The visible D-42 'built-up area' sign informs of entry into an area where the standard speed limit is 50 km/h. However, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, the maximum permitted speed for an agricultural tractor, both with and without a trailer, is fixed at 30 km/h.
