How can you turn right with a tractor and trailer, if the dimensions of the combination vehicle do not make it possible for you to start the manoeuvre from the right edge of the road?

In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, a driver intending to turn right is required to move towards the right-hand edge of the carriageway. However, there is an exception to this rule for a vehicle whose dimensions (such as an agricultural tractor with a trailer) make it impossible to perform the manoeuvre in accordance with this regulation. In such a situation, the turn may be started from a different position on the carriageway, provided that special care is taken.
