Does this speed limit apply to the tram driver?

The B-33 'speed limit' sign placed on the right-hand side of the carriageway applies to all vehicles travelling on all lanes in a given direction. As the tramway is part of the carriageway on which the sign is placed, the tram driver is also required to comply with the indicated speed limit of 40 km/h.
