Does this sign inform you of a significant longitudinal drop in the tram track by the value given on the sign?

This is a sign used in tram transport, which does not apply to drivers of other vehicles. This indicator warns the tram driver of an approaching significant downward longitudinal gradient of the track, and its value is displayed on the sign. The black triangle in the lower part of the indicator graphically illustrates the direction of this downward gradient.
