Are you allowed to exceed the permissible speed binding in a given section of the road when overtaking?

Road traffic regulations do not provide for any circumstances that would permit exceeding the permitted speed limit. Speed limits apply to the driver in all situations, including when performing an overtaking manoeuvre. This manoeuvre must be planned and executed in such a way as not to violate the applicable speed limits.
