Which railroad switch is responsible when driving on/under the switch points?

'Jazda "pod iglicę"' is the term for a trailing move through a set of points, i.e., from the side where the tracks diverge towards where they join. In such a situation, the wheel flange of the rail vehicle makes contact with the rear, movable part of the points (the switch blade), pushing it aside and enabling a safe passage. The set of points shown in the photograph is an example of infrastructure on which this type of move occurs.
