While driving a bus, are you allowed to consume food?

In accordance with Article 63, section 5 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver carrying passengers is prohibited from consuming food while driving. This regulation is intended to ensure the driver's maximum concentration and the safety of the passengers. This prohibition does not apply when a bus is travelling without passengers, as the key condition is the act of transporting people.
