Are you allowed to carry a child over 150 cm in height in the front seat of a lorry cabin?

In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, the obligation to transport a child in a safety seat or other restraint device applies to children who have not reached 150 cm in height. A taller child may be transported in the front seat of a lorry without a child safety seat. They must, however, just like any other passenger, be properly fastened with a seat belt.
