Should you exercise extreme caution when passing by the visible bus stop?

The D-15 "bus stop" sign indicates a stopping place for public transport vehicles, but in itself does not impose a duty on the driver to take special care. Such a duty arises only when a bus driver signals their intention to pull out into traffic. The Road Traffic Regulations precisely specify the situations that require special care, and simply passing a stop marked in this way is not one of them.
