Is it permissible to perform a u-turn from the occupied lane at this intersection?

The F-10 'Directions on traffic lanes' sign and the P-8b horizontal markings indicate that from the occupied traffic lane, it is possible to drive straight ahead or turn left. In accordance with the regulations, a directional arrow on a traffic lane that permits turning left at an intersection also permits making a U-turn from that lane. This manoeuvre is permissible because in the situation shown, there is no B-23 'No U-turn' sign.
