Does the visible sign warn you that you are approaching a ferry crossing?

The warning sign A-33 "Quayside or river bank" shown in the picture indicates that the road leads directly to a quayside or the bank of a river/canal. It therefore warns of the danger of a vehicle entering the water. An approaching ferry crossing, however, is warned of by sign A-31 "Ferry crossing", which has a different symbol.
