The blue plaque with a wheelchair symbol displayed on the vehicle indicates that it is carrying persons with disabilities. According to Art. 58 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, when passing such a vehicle while a person with a disability is getting in or out, you are obliged to exercise special caution and, if necessary, stop to allow them to cross safely.
