According to the fundamental principle of road traffic, you have the right to assume that other road users, including persons with disabilities, comply with the regulations. The principle of limited trust applies only when another person's behaviour indicates a possible violation of the rules or when their personal characteristics suggest they may not have full control over their behaviour. However, there is no basis to assume in advance that every person with a disability will disregard the regulations.
