The video shows smooth vehicle traffic without congestion. According to Art. 22 para. 4a, the obligation to use the zip-merging method occurs only in conditions of significantly reduced speed. In this situation, with free-flowing traffic, general rules apply, so drivers on the continuing lane are not legally obliged to let in vehicles from the disappearing lane.
