When parking on the road in this situation, are you obliged to switch on the position lights or parking lights?

The photo shows a vehicle parked on the shoulder of the road in conditions of insufficient visibility (dusk), in an unlit place. In such a situation, according to Art. 52 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, you are obliged to turn on the sidelights or parking lights to ensure the vehicle is visible to other road users and to avoid a rear-end collision.
