In the visible situation, the vehicle is at the right edge of the roadway. According to Art. 22 para. 2 pt. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver intending to turn left on a two-way roadway is obliged to approach the center of the roadway (the axis of the road). The current position by the right curb is incorrect for a left turn manoeuvre.
