Can you expect an oncoming vehicle after passing this warning sign?

In the final frames of the video, warning sign A-20 'Two-way traffic' (two arrows in opposite directions) is visible on the right. This sign warns of the beginning of a road section where traffic flows in both directions, so you should expect oncoming vehicles. According to § 10 para. 2 of the Regulation on road signs and signals, this sign is used when a one-way road becomes a two-way road.
