You must not pass the tram because there is no passenger island at this stop, and people are getting off directly onto the roadway, as seen in the video. In accordance with Art. 26 para. 6 of the Road Traffic Act, the driver must stop the vehicle and allow pedestrians to freely walk to the tram or to the pavement. Even exercising special caution does not exempt you from this duty.
