In the situation shown, the cyclists are moving on the pavement or cycle path separated from the roadway and are not entering your lane. Although the behaviour of the cyclist riding on one wheel requires increased attention and particular caution from you according to the principle of limited trust (Art. 4), it does not create an immediate threat requiring you to stop the vehicle immediately.
