What is the maximum number of persons, including yourself, that you may transport if you have a B-category driving licence?

According to Art. 6 para. 1 pt. 6 of the Act on Driving Vehicles, a category B driving licence entitles you to drive a motor vehicle with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3.5 tonnes, designed to carry a maximum of 9 people.
