What must you not do if you're involved in an accident where there are fatalities?

In the event of an accident with fatalities, it is absolutely forbidden to change the position of the vehicles or any other traces at the scene of the incident. In accordance with Art. 44 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, the participant is obliged to leave the vehicles at the scene of the accident until the arrival of the Police and the prosecutor. Changing the position of the vehicles, like those in the photo, could make it impossible to accurately determine the causes and course of the tragic event.
