Does this sign warn you that you are approaching an intersection where traffic merges from the left?

The sign visible in the video is A-6c 'intersection with a minor road on the left'. It warns of an upcoming intersection where you have the right of way, but it does not indicate whether the crossroad is a one-way street. According to § 5 para. 2 pt. 3 of the Regulation on road signs and signals, this sign only determines the priority relationship and not the traffic organization on the crossroad.
