Is it allowed in this situation to stop the vehicle on the lane between the roadways?

Stopping a vehicle on the median strip between carriageways, visible on the left, is prohibited. According to Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 8 of the Road Traffic Act, this strip is used solely to separate the directions of traffic. Stopping in this place would create a hazard and obstruct traffic for other vehicles.
