In this situation, should you yield the right of way to the pedestrian?

In the recording, you are approaching a marked pedestrian crossing (sign D-6), onto which a person pushing a bicycle is entering from the left. According to the regulations, a person pushing a bicycle is treated as a pedestrian (Art. 2 pt. 18). In this situation, you are obliged to yield the right of way, because according to Art. 26 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, the driver of a vehicle approaching a pedestrian crossing is obliged to yield to a pedestrian entering or already on that crossing.
