Description
Road Traffic Act (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110 and item 1517 of 2020) Art. 38 para. 2
Explanation
Correct answer: A document certifying that the vehicle is roadworthy.
When driving a vehicle registered abroad, you are obliged to carry and, upon request, present the document confirming the vehicle's admission to traffic (registration certificate) and the document confirming the conclusion of a third-party liability insurance contract. This is stipulated in Art. 38 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act. Unlike vehicles registered in Poland, this data is not available to the authorities in the CEPiK system.
