According to Art. 19 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is obliged to drive at a speed that ensures control over the vehicle, taking into account, among other things, its condition and load. The weight of the load affects the braking distance and stability of the vehicle, which is crucial for safety on any road, including the forest section shown. This principle applies to every driver at all times, not just to HGVs or in icy conditions.
