Do warning signs oblige the tram driver to exercise particular caution?

The purpose of warning signs is to warn of a hazard and to oblige drivers to exercise special caution. This obligation applies to all drivers, including a tram driver. The sign A-16 "pedestrian crossing" visible in the photograph is an example of this.
