In accordance with regulations, the driver of any vehicle, including a tram, is required to obey traffic signs and signals. The warning sign A-30 with the supplementary plate 'Blind People' shown in the picture also applies to the tram driver, obliging them to exercise particular caution in a place frequented by blind people.
