Does the rail switch positioned in such a way allow for a turning manoeuvre to the right at the intersection?

The position of the tramway point blades shown in the picture unambiguously indicates a straight-ahead direction of travel. For the tram to be able to turn right, the right-hand point blade would have to be set against the rail, guiding the wheel onto the track that branches to the right. The current setting of the points makes a right-turn manoeuvre impossible and forces the tram to travel straight through the junction.
