If you are involved in a road accident in which there are injured persons, are you allowed to move the vehicle away from the intersection not to obstruct the movement of other vehicles?

In the event of a road accident in which people are injured, the driver is obliged to leave the vehicles in an unchanged position until the arrival of the Police. Altering the position of the vehicles or any other interference with traces at the scene of the incident is prohibited, as this could hinder or make it impossible to determine the course and causes of the accident.
