Is the visible line separating traffic lanes where the lines are longer than the gaps a broken line?

The line visible in the picture, where the markings are longer than the gaps, is a warning line (sign P-6). It is a type of broken line and therefore, in accordance with the regulations, crossing it is permitted. However, it should be remembered that its purpose is to warn a driver of an approaching solid line or other hazardous location, where further manoeuvres will soon be prohibited.
