Should you resign from overtaking in the presented situation?

You must absolutely refrain from the overtaking manoeuvre. Visibility is significantly limited by the approaching viaduct and the curve in the road, which makes it impossible to assess the situation ahead. According to Art. 24 of the Road Traffic Act, before overtaking, a driver is obliged to ensure they have adequate visibility and sufficient space to perform the manoeuvre without hindering anyone's movement.
