Are you allowed in this situation to overtake the vehicle?

In this situation, there are no vertical signs (e.g. B-25) or horizontal markings (solid line) prohibiting overtaking. Traffic is moving on a roadway with designated lanes separated by a broken line, which allows changing lanes for overtaking. Therefore, while observing general safety rules and ensuring the possibility of performing the manoeuvre, you have the right to overtake the vehicle in front of you, according to Art. 24 of the Road Traffic Act.
