Are you allowed in this situation to overtake the vehicle?

In this situation, a pedestrian is moving on the left side of the roadway, which, on a narrow road, limits the space necessary to perform the manoeuvre safely. According to Art. 24 para. 1 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, before overtaking, the driver must ensure that they have adequate visibility and sufficient space to overtake without obstructing anyone. Due to the presence of the pedestrian and the lack of safe space, overtaking at this moment is prohibited.
