The recording shows a cyclist approaching from the opposite direction, going straight. When performing a left turn, you are obliged to yield the right of way to them. According to Art. 25 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver turning left must yield the right of way to a vehicle coming from the opposite direction and proceeding straight or turning right.
